Vocal Mixology is a mixed barbershop/a cappella group formed in 2023 as the member chorus of the Brea Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. The Brea Chapter was established in 2005, and is one of over 700 chapters in the Society. The Society is composed of 17 Districts representing all of the 50 states and Canada. Vocal Mixology is part of the Far Western District (FWD) which includes California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, and parts of southern Utah.

 

The mission of Vocal Mixology is to create an inclusive environment conducive to musical excellence; to preserve the uniquely American vocal tradition of barbershop harmony; to perform, compete and entertain at a professional level; and to contribute to and engage the community at large through musical and charitable activities.
